Holidays (November-December): Orders placed after 1:00pm MST will be processed the next business day.
Non-holiday (January - October): Orders placed after 9:00am MST will be processed the next business day.

If you would prefer to place an order via U.S. mail, please download, print, complete, and mail our Order Form. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print the order form. Returns/Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item(s), you can do so in the following ways:
1. Use the VeloGear Return Form. This form can be found on the reverse side of the invoice or packing slip that shipped with your order. Or you can download and print a copy of the VeloGear Return Form. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print the order form. Download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Follow the instructions to fill out the form. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for the return/exchange. Ship your completed VeloGear Return Form in the same package as your return/exchange item to:

2. Have your order number ready and call 800.234.8356 for assistance. Our phones are open Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST. During the holiday season (November 15th-December 22nd), phone lines are open Monday Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. MST and on Saturdays 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST.
Restrictions
DVDs: As of January 1, 2008, VeloGear will not offer refunds for DVDs. VeloGear will continue to offer exchanges for DVDs.

Conditions for returning items for refund or exchange:
- Products returned for refund or exchange must be in new or saleable condition.
- VeloGear works hard to make sure the items we sell meet your expectations, but we cannot be responsible for mistakes in sizing, color, or other preferences. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of refund/exchange items, and VeloGear cannot be responsible for items lost in during return shipping. We strongly suggest using FedEx, UPS, or other trackable and insurable package delivery services.
- Once we receive the return/exchange, we will process the transaction the same day and apply any applicable refunds within 48 hours. VeloGear reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for goods return in used or unsaleable condition.
- Refunds are for the cost of the product and any applicable sales tax only.
- Refunds on orders paid for by check require at least 45 days for a refund.
- Mis-ship/Damaged Item Policy: If you receive an item you did not order or if your shipment arrives damaged, please call us at 800.234.8356 to request a Merchandise Return Label (MRL). You can use this label to return the order at no cost to you.
